Medication Intake Assessment: $350 (90 minutes)

Psychopharmacological assessment completed together with parents and child, or alone with adult client, where we discuss your concerns, history of presenting issues, medication history, any medical issues, family history and goals for your future.  Together we will come up with a treatment plan which may include prescribed medication and baseline lab work as well as referrals for therapy or other treatment modalities.

Routine Medication Check/Follow up: $145 (30-45 minutes)

At these appointments we will check in and see how you have been doing on your medication. I take a very holistic approach to treatment and want to know how your life has been since we last met, as changes in our everyday lives have significant impact on our mental health and wellness; How is school? How is work? How are your friendships and relationships? How are you functioning? How are you feeling? We discuss things that you can be doing to help yourself while we titrate the medication to the appropriate therapeutic dose and monitor for possible side effects.

Extended Follow up: $165 (45 minutes)

Extended follow up appointments can be booked either at the request of parents or a client, or by myself depending on the situation.  If you or your child is struggling significantly or there has been a major disruption or emergency in your child's life or your life and you feel we will need longer than 30 minutes to discuss, this would be appropriate.  An extended follow up is also booked following an inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization and/or after extensive testing such as Neuropsychological or CORE Evaluation to review/discuss the results in detail.

These prices include time spent, outside of your regular visits, on phone calls and emails communicating/collaborating with parents, school personnel, therapists, teachers, PCP, hospital staff and/or other providers on you/your child's behalf.
